Miami Chapter Elections

During the Miami Chapter CSI Annual Corporate Meeting on Tuesday, April 17th, members in attendance elected Vanessa Jimenez, AIA, CSI, LEED AP, as their new President for fiscal year 2012-13. Vanessa brings a fresh outlook to our organization as a young and energetic practicing architect.

From Specification to Installation: Porcelain Tile 

This course is intended to provide an overview of various types of porcelain tiles, how to distinguish between various types and installation considerations. This course will 

  • Explain and differentiate among the various types of porcelain tile.  
  • Determine when and where to use particular types of porcelain tile in properly written specifications.  
  • Show you how to evaluate the proper criteria for selection while maintaining design aesthetics.
